Overseeing each and every aspect of a project is the role of Project Management. The Project Management operating philosophy utilizes the team approach with members of the team drawn from each of the functional departments. Responsibility for the project resides with the team throughout its duration. The goal of the Project Manager and the team is to complete each project on time, within budget and to deliver the highest quality solution possible.
As part of our Quality System, specific procedures have been developed to help guide this process, from the formation of the project team, through installation and servicing.
