Recognizing this, our engineers developed a system than enables remote, user-controlled access to the control system displays of three MECO water system installations. These complete water systems utilize a PC-based central control station networked to the locally mounted subsystem PLCs. When desired, the user can enable MECO engineers to view, from any remote location, the same control system displays they see.
Getting help has never been easier. Or quicker.
Now, all it takes is a quick phone call to the MECO engineer and a flip of a switch to have questions easily answered, procedures easily explained and problems easily solved. We've also used this function to assist previously trained plant personnel as they train new operators.
